Be Seen First.
Foresight helps specialist and independent recruitment agencies win more client briefs through AI and traditional search.
Who is the best recruiter for tech in London?▋
Your clients are asking AI which recruiter to use. Do you know what it tells them?
You probably use ChatGPT, Claude or Perplexity to research for your business. Clients looking for a recruiter are no different.
The search traffic you used to rely on is getting harder to win in an already crowded market. More clients now research recruiters without ever visiting your website, so if AI does not name you, you are not on the shortlist.
But AI rewards specifics. A specialist that is clear about its sector and who it serves can win the moment a client is ready to hire, without outspending the national names.
Missed opportunities
AI may name you in one area and completely miss you in the next, meaning you only appear for some of the briefs.
Mistaken identity
If a competitor or another business has a similar name, AI may mix you up and recommend them in your place.
Briefs drift away
Zero AI search visibility means you never know whether the brief was there to win.
A recruitment agency measured before and after.
Headliners Recruitment is a specialist marketing and digital recruitment agency in Wokingham. We ran the first audit in April 2026, made the changes, then measured the results again in July.

Sam did a thorough audit and gave us quick wins plus medium-term changes that all felt achievable, even for a very small team. He's great at explaining what to change and why, and helped with the implementation too. I'd thoroughly recommend him to any agency looking to improve their AEO visibility.

What we did
We rewrote the core pages to name the towns and regions Headliners serves, added plain-text answers to the questions clients ask, validated the structured data, and refreshed the directory profile AI tools cite most.
What this means
When a client asks AI which recruiter to use, the answer is a shortlist, and the first name on it is the most likely to get the call. After the changes, Headliners was that first name far more often.
Outcome
New client enquiries came through within weeks of the directory profile fix.
Three clear steps to improve your AI visibility.
The audit
- Questions built around the sectors, locations and roles you most want to win
- Run across the AI tools your clients actually use
- Where you're named, where you're missed, and who's named instead
Quick wins
- A prioritised plan across your website, content and the profiles AI relies on
- The highest-impact fixes made, by us or your team
- Enquiry tracking set up, so you can spot clients who found you through AI search
Re-measurement
- The same questions run again once the changes have had time to register
- A like-for-like comparison against your first audit
- What moved, what didn't, and what to do next
Stay ahead with a retainer
AI tools and your competitors keep moving. Ongoing support keeps your visibility current and goes after more of the searches that matter most in your niche.
We work with your team, or on its behalf.
Some recruiters want us to take the wheel. Others want to stay hands-on. We do both, depending on your team's time and how much control you want over your website.
What recruiters ask us most.
Answer engine optimisation (AEO), sometimes called GEO, is the work of making your recruitment agency easy for AI tools like ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Copilot and Claude to understand, cite and recommend when a client asks them which recruiter to use.
No, but they overlap heavily, which is why we run them as one job. Most of the foundations are shared: clear pages, accurate structured data and strong third-party profiles. The difference is that AI tools weigh sources differently from Google and from each other. You don't need to rank first on Google to appear in an AI answer, and ranking first on Google doesn't mean you will.
Mostly the words, the structure and the code that tells AI who you are. That means naming where you work, what you recruit for and who you serve in plain text, then adding the structured data behind it. No redesign, no rebuild, and every change also helps the people visiting your site.
No, and you should be wary of anyone who does. The same question can return a different answer on a different day. What we can do is measure where you stand, fix what the AI tools rely on, and measure again so you can see what moved.
With a . Tell us what you recruit for and where, and we'll run a handful of curated prompts on your niche and email you the most commercially relevant finding within two working days.
Audit results arrive within two weeks of kick-off, and quick wins are in place within four weeks of that. We then measure again once the AI tools have had time to pick up the changes.
You'll work directly with Sam Horsnell, Foresight's founder, who handles the audit, the findings and the implementation. Nothing is passed to an offshore team.
No. We won't take on two recruiters chasing the same roles in the same area at the same time. If you're not sure whether that applies to you, ask before your free insight.
We work from your public website and the AI tools themselves. We don't need candidate data or access to your CRM. Details you send through this site are only used to reply to you, as set out in our privacy note.
Why I started Foresight
It started with a recruiter asking a question nobody online seemed able to answer: how do I make sure clients find my agency when they ask AI? I already worked in marketing and used these tools every day, so I said I would look.
That look became an audit, the audit became a client, and the client became Foresight. Since then I have run audits for recruiters and consultancies, attended the industry's events, and learnt more from what the AI tools got wrong than from what they got right.
If you want to see how AI describes your agency today, the is the place to start.
Let's see how AI sees your agency.
Before we speak, we run a short audit of how AI answers your clients' questions, then walk you through the finding that matters most to your business and what fixing it would look like.
